1. Merchandise Shipping

  • All merchandise orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Food Shipment Schedule

  • Food items are shipped every Thursday.

  • All food shipments are scheduled for Friday delivery to ensure freshness.

  • Orders placed after the weekly cutoff (Wednesday at midnitgh) will ship the following Thursday.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.

  • Shipping methods are selected based on the type of product.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • High seasonal order volumes

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

We will notify you if we expect any significant delay.

5. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your product type.
