Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tony's Traditional Pie & Mash. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns may be requested within 14 Days of receiving your order

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

    • Returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, or manuals

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Health, hygiene, or intimate products once opened

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at Online@tonyspieandmash.co.uk to request a return authorization.

  2. After approval, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Items must be shipped back within 14 Days of approval.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

5. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered for the same product in a different size, color, or variation, subject to availability.

  • If the item is no longer available, you may choose a refund or store credit.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund
